Victoria Berry, CPA – Director

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and has over 12 years experience in business management and accounting. A qualified CPA, she focuses on helping local businesses with their accounting and taxation needs.  Victoria is also a Life Member of the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club, a supporter of her local community, and a registered JP.

Daren Cardow, CPA – Director

Daren has a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.  Daren has a reputation for offering high quality personalised services and is known for his ability to communicate often complex accounting and taxation issues in a manner which is easily understood without compromising his professionalism. Daren believes in providing tailored services to meet the individual needs of all his clients.

Tricia Bielby, CPA – Director

Tricia joined HBA Encompass initially as our Self-Managed Superannuation Specialist and was admitted as a Partner/Director of the firm form 1 July 2011. Tricia’s expertise and knowledge with superannuation matters is second to none. Tricia is highly skilled, very experienced and enjoys working with clients to achieve their   financial objectives in the lead up to, and post retirement.

Barry Hely, FCPA – Consultant
Barry has over 40 years experience in the accounting and finance industries, as well as the wealth of knowledge that goes with it. His long standing association with CPA Australia has led to him being honoured with the title of Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant, and he has also been involved with Rotary Australia for many years. Barry is also a registered auditor with the Australian Securities & Insurance Commission. Barry formally retired from practice at 30 June 2011, however still retains strong links with the partners and is often called on to assist with client matters were appropriate.
